These terms cover an EstateLark subscription, between you and the company that operates EstateLark, named in the privacy notice. Questions go to hello@estatelark.com.

What you buy

A monthly or yearly subscription to probate-estate leads for the counties you choose, drawn from public court records and public county property records. Creating an account is free; the subscription is what you pay for.

Prices and billing

Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, and your counties' price is shown again before you pay. A subscription is billed in advance, for the month or the year, by Stripe, our payment processor. It renews at the start of each new period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Your counties stay open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription ends then. A founding agent price has a six-month minimum.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded, including for the part of a period left after you cancel.

What the leads depend on

A county's figures and leads depend on what its public records publish. We do not promise a number of leads: the monthly number of estates you can unlock is a limit, and a quiet county may not reach it. A detail a record does not give is shown as missing.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and email subscribers before the change applies to them.
