Privacy notice
Last updated 31 October 2026.
EstateLark is operated by its founder; the operating company's legal name and postal address are added here before the service opens to the public. This notice covers this website and the early list on it. Questions or requests go to hello@estatelark.com.
What we collect when you ask for a sample
- Your email address and your county.
- If you joined before 31 October 2026, your name and brokerage, if you gave them.
- The date and time you asked.
- A salted one-way hash of your internet address, used only to stop automated sign-ups and removed once it is more than a day old, when the next sign-up arrives. We never store the address itself.
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising. To count visits to this page, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not follow you across sites and tells us nothing about who you are.
What we keep when you create an account
- Your email address, and a one-way hash of your password. We cannot read your password.
- A record of recent failed sign-ins and link requests, with your internet address, kept for 15 minutes to stop abuse.
- What you record in your account, such as notes and call outcomes.
Your browser holds one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. It ends when you sign out, and after 30 days at most.
How we use it
To email you about EstateLark: the free sample you asked for, early access, and pricing. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, and we stop as soon as you ask. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone except the services that host this site and send our email, who process them only for us.
Where it is kept
The list is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in a database held in the United States. We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or we close the early list, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Write to hello@estatelark.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We answer within 10 business days.
The records EstateLark works from
EstateLark helps real-estate agents follow probate estates using public court records and public county property records. We do not buy private data about families. If a record about your family concerns you, write to hello@estatelark.com and we will look at it with you.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date above, and we will email the early list before any change in how we use your details.
