EstateLark

Know when a probate house can sell.

Usually, when the court approves the executor. We put those houses on your list, with the next step.

Picture only. The estates are invented.

Your morning. Already in order.

The Today screen, listing estates under the heading Call these now: the court just approved them. Each one shows the person handling the estate, the house, its value, how many days ago the court approved, and a Call button.

A filing tells you a case exists. The approval tells you when the family can usually start to sell.

Know when to call, not just who.

Lists stop at the name. Here's the rest, in four steps.

  1. 1Pick your county

Tell us where you work. Harris and Franklin open first.

  2. 2We watch the court

We recheck every case daily for six months, then weekly, so you don't have to.

  3. An estate in the EstateLark app, with invented details: the petitioner, the house and its value, and the filed, court approval and ready to act dates.

    3You get the estate

Once the court approves, it moves to the top of your list, with the house and who's handling it.

  4. The What to do now panel in the EstateLark app: call the petitioner today, with four questions to ask.

    4You call and follow up

What to ask, the letter to send, and a check-in each month for up to 24 months.

Sample estate with invented details.

A quiet street at dawn. One house has its windows lit.

Less digging.
Better first calls.

You had a name on a list. Now you have the estate.

  • The deceased's name and last address
  • The house in their name, when the county's records confirm it
  • The person handling the estate, with a mailing address when the court lists one
  • The attorney on the case, when there is one
  • The filing date, the approval date and what to ask on the call

When a record does not give a detail, the estate says so rather than filling it in. A house listed or sold since the death is shown as listed or sold.

A sample estate page. It shows the petitioner, the house, the attorney with a source label on each detail, and the filed, court approval and ready to act dates. On wide screens it also shows a What to do now panel with four questions for the call.
The real estate page, with invented details. Family phone numbers are left out of this picture.

Checked by hand on 26 October 2026

Every date has a receipt.

33 recent Harris and Franklin estates, each compared with the court's own entry.

A court record with an approval seal, linked to the county's record of the house.
  • A house is shown as the deceased's only when the records tie it to them, never on a matching name alone.
  • An estate is marked approved only once the court's record shows the approval.
  • Every detail shows where it came from.

Questions agents ask

What happens when I create an account?

We email you a link, and you choose your password from there. Your account is ready right away, and leads open when your subscription starts.

Can I see a sample first?

Yes. Ask for a free sample of about ten estates in your county that the court recently approved, each checked by hand against the court's record.

Which counties do you cover?

We are open in Texas, Ohio, Georgia, California, Illinois, New York and Florida. Find your county. If you work somewhere else, tell us your county, and we will write when we reach it.

Does EstateLark contact the families?

No. You decide who to contact and when. EstateLark tells you what the court record shows and lays out the follow-up.

Where does the information come from?

Cases and houses come from public court records and county property records. Every detail on an estate shows its source, and a detail we cannot confirm is marked that way.

What does it cost?

Creating an account is free, and so is the sample. One county is $99 a month; the largest (Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Cook), or two or three counties of one area, are $199. See your county's price.
